Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship only within India.

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch, in addition to the order processing time above.

Express Shipping: ₹200. Faster delivery than our standard option, for customers who need their order sooner. Exact delivery estimates will be provided at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Damages

Blankt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at vy9892+1@gmail.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
